My Story...
The journey to Renegade Penguin Studio is as varied as my art.
I started my career in youth work, but years of side quests led to eventually working as a consultant and project manager for a graphic design agency, confirming I'm most at home in the creative industries.
I've been drawing for fun for as long as I can remember. I launched Renegade Penguin in 2025 to sell my designs on greetings cards and prints, and I loved seeing my work making people smile.
When conformity is the norm, creativity is rebellion... so embracing my brand's namesake I ditched my 9-5 to spend more time making art.
This also allowed me time to go exploring the world for a while - one of my other great passions.
Now back home in the UK, I still treat life as a big adventure, and use this joie de vivre to inspire the playful patterns and colourful collections I create for Renegade Penguin Studio.
What started as a small business selling greetings cards made in-house is now evolving to build collaborations through licensing and commissions, and I'm excited to have you join me for the ride....
