I find inspiration in all corners of this wonderful life that we share, and this sense of marvel and curiosity is reflected in the eclecticism of my portfolio.
My Story...
The journey to Renegade Penguin Studio is as varied as my art.
I started my career in youth work, but years of side quests eventually led to becoming a consultant and project manager for a graphic design agency, and confirming I'm most at home in creative.
I've been drawing for fun for as long as I can remember. I launched Renegade Penguin in 2025 to sell my designs on greetings cards and prints, and loved seeing my work making people smile.
So powered by the mantra that "creativity is the greatest rebellion", I embraced my brand's namesake and ditched my 9-5 to spend more time making art.
This also allowed me time to go exploring the world for a while - one of my other great passions.
Now back home in the UK, I still treat life as a big adventure, and use this joie de vivre to inspire the playful patterns and colourful collections I create for Renegade Penguin Studio.
What started as a small business selling greetings cards made in-house is now evolving to build collaborations through licensing and commissions, and I'm excited to have you join me for the ride....
