When will my order be delivered?

Printing and delivery is handled by an external company as soon as your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If you haven't received your delivery after 7 days, please contact me on the form above.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Delivery is only available in the UK for now, but this may change in the future.  Sign up to the mailing list on the form above to keep updated.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made via the secure online payment system with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Can I return an item?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact me on the form above within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue. 

Return conditions:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.

Can I customise a design?

Designs can not currently be customised, but this may change in the future.  Sign up to the mailing list on the form above to keep updated.

Do you only sell greetings cards?

I'm currently experimenting with prints and some other products to see how designs and colours translate to these.  I'll be updating the shop once I've ensured quality.  Check back soon or sign up to the mailing list using the form above to be the first to find out when these are available.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, but can be found at the occasional makers market.  Follow me on instagram and sign up to the mailing list on the form above to keep updated!

Can I sell your products in my shop?
